What you will do

• Manage Philippines VAT and withholding tax filings, ensuring strict compliance with local BIR regulations.
• Coordinate corporate income tax returns and statutory requirements across multiple global jurisdictions.
• Monitor Philippine tax law changes and advise stakeholders on potential business impacts.
• Maintain audit-ready tax documentation and support global tax audits and inquiries.
• Partner with global finance teams and external advisors to standardize tax reporting and compliance.
• Implement process improvements and automation to modernize and centralize the global tax function.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of relevant tax accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with Philippine Accounting Rules and Regulations (BIR) is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must be based in the Philippines to handle local statutory and BIR requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle NetSuite.
