What you will do

• Provide day-to-day IT support for users across Japan and the APJ region.
• Manage end-user devices, workplace technology, and maintain accurate asset records.
• Execute onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure timely IT access and equipment delivery.
• Manage ticket and Genesys chat queues, triaging requests within agreed service levels.
• Collaborate with global IT teams and third-party vendors to resolve hardware and software issues.
• Drive operational efficiency by creating documentation and participating in AI and automation projects.

Requirements

• Must be based in Japan.
• Experience in managing IT onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Ability to resolve medium-complexity technical support issues independently.
