What you will do

• Develop and maintain the overarching architecture framework across business, data, application, and technology layers.
• Analyze technology landscapes to solve complex buy vs. build challenges for secure and compliant solutions.
• Translate business strategies into actionable IT roadmaps using Business Design tools like Capability Maps and Value Streams.
• Define and enforce architectural principles and data governance structures, including AI Centres of Excellence.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and guide organizations from discovery to deployment of Applied AI solutions.
• Collaborate with business leaders, Product Managers, and Solution Architects to facilitate cross-domain decision-making.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional engineering experience, with at least 3 years in consulting, digital strategy, or transformation roles.
• Strong background in IT architecture and practical experience with frameworks like TOGAF and modeling languages.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical executives and relay business requirements to engineers.
• Expertise in business design concepts, capability mapping, and operating models.
• Full professional proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Must be based in Belgium.
