Location: Hybrid (70% remote from home, Belgium)

What you will do

• Support data governance initiatives from a technical perspective
• Define data domains, metadata lineage, and quality principles
• Translate governance requirements into platform solutions
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders
• Contribute to governance assessments and improvement initiatives
• Ensure data lineage, quality, and metadata support explainability for analytics and AI use cases

Requirements

• Professional working proficiency in English; Dutch and/or French are a strong advantage
• Experience in data architecture or data engineering roles
• Strong understanding of data governance and metadata concepts
• Ability to work in complex stakeholder environments

Nice to have

• Experience in public sector or large organizations
• Familiarity with governance tooling or frameworks
