TL;DR

Fraud Team Manager (Fintech): Leading a team of Fraud Investigators to protect EU customers and operations with an accent on prevention, fraud investigation, and bank communications. Focus on building a brand-new Spanish-speaking team from scratch and scaling operational processes for future growth.

Location: Remote (UK) - Must be based in the UK

Salary: £38,300 - £48,400 + £2,500 multilingual premium

What you will do

  • Lead and manage the professional development of a team of 10-12 Fraud Investigators.
  • Conduct quality checks to drive individual and collective performance and identify coaching opportunities.
  • Collaborate with EU Senior Managers and operations analysts to refine processes and guidance.
  • Build and scale the EU Spanish-speaking team from the ground up to support future growth.
  • Manage employee relations cases and foster a supportive, high-performance team culture.
  • Act as an interviewer in the hiring process to help shape the expanding team.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
  • Strong experience in team leadership within the fraud domain of the financial services sector.
  • Proven ability to drive excellent performance through others.
  • Expert knowledge of the financial crime landscape and associated fraud risks in the UK and EU.
  • Practical experience in carrying out fraud investigations.
  • Ability to commit to the first 6 weeks starting October 12th with no time off authorized.
