Senior .NET Framework Backend Developer

Location: Bucharest, Romania; hybrid and remote work arrangements are available

What you will do

• Own software development lifecycle activities for assigned projects.
• Develop, adapt, and implement short- and long-term solutions across applications, systems, databases, and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues, collaborating with support teams to resolve incidents.
• Write effective RESTful APIs and technical documentation.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to development practices and continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in a scheduled 24/7 on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7/4.8.
• Experience managing complex on-premises monolithic architectures and developing Windows Services.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Redis.
• Experience with CI/CD, primarily GitLab and Ansible, and monitoring tools such as Grafana.
• Knowledge of RESTful API services.
• Proven fluency in written and verbal English; availability for scheduled 24/7 on-call support.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of microservices and Microsoft .NET 8.
• Previous experience with account or wallet systems.
