Salary: $148,000 – $200,000 per year

What you will do

• Own and manage internal lab environments supporting Horizon, Workspace ONE, and related platform components.
• Perform Day 2 operations including monitoring, patching, upgrades, and issue resolution across lab infrastructure.
• Maintain Horizon environments across vSphere, AWS Workspaces Core, Microsoft Azure, and Nutanix.
• Administer Workspace ONE components (UEM, Access, Identity) and oversee gold image lifecycle management.
• Support networking configurations including load balancing, routing, and security (F5, NSX, firewalls).
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Field teams to validate new features and architectures in the lab.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in VDI, endpoint management, or enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise with VMware Horizon/hirify.global Horizon and vSphere/vCenter.
• Experience managing multi-cloud environments, specifically Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
• Practical experience with Workspace ONE (UEM, Access, Identity) or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of identity systems including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting lab or pre-production environments used for demos and testing.
• Familiarity with NSX, F5, and advanced networking architectures.
• Experience with automation or scripting to improve operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of emerging container or hybrid platforms like OpenShift.
