What you will do

• Diagnose and resolve faults across satellite transmission equipment, including signal measurement and hardware replacement.
• Perform Satellite Control procedures and maintain accurate station logs of network incidents.
• Coordinate maintenance contractors for facility plant equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.
• Manage equipment repairs with vendors and execute the company procurement process via SNOW.
• Collaborate with the SOC and T2 teams to resolve network faults.
• Execute preventive maintenance routines for alarm monitoring systems, including the Maxview M&C system.

Requirements

• Associate Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Communications Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Satellite Communications, TT&C, VSAT, TCP/IP, or Digital Satellite/Microwave systems.
• Australian Citizenship is required.
• Willingness to apply for an NV1 Defence security clearance.
• Valid WA Driver's Licence (Class Car).
• Ability to participate in an on-call roster for out-of-hours operational needs.
