What you will do
- Define and drive the implementation of the product security strategy in line with the company mission and vision.
- Manage a large team of product security engineers across multiple workstreams using agile/lean processes.
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity leadership to deliver strategic initiatives.
- Influence product and engineering leaders to ensure secure delivery and adoption of security capabilities.
- Manage the delivery of enhancements to Product Security services and report on KPIs to improve security posture.
- Act as an advocate for a Secure-by-Design product engineering culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience moving a security function from a gatekeeper role to a business enabler.
- Track record of leading security initiatives from concept to production.
- Experience leading product or application security teams.
- Practical experience in application security as a builder, defender, or breaker.
- Working knowledge of modern DevSecOps tools and processes.
