What you will do

• Define and drive the implementation of the product security strategy in line with the company mission and vision.
• Manage a large team of product security engineers across multiple workstreams using agile/lean processes.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity leadership to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Influence product and engineering leaders to ensure secure delivery and adoption of security capabilities.
• Manage the delivery of enhancements to Product Security services and report on KPIs to improve security posture.
• Act as an advocate for a Secure-by-Design product engineering culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience moving a security function from a gatekeeper role to a business enabler.
• Track record of leading security initiatives from concept to production.
• Experience leading product or application security teams.
• Practical experience in application security as a builder, defender, or breaker.
• Working knowledge of modern DevSecOps tools and processes.
