TL;DR
Data Analyst (SQL/Tableau): Transforming data into insights to drive business performance and strategic decisions with an accent on KPI definition and dashboard creation. Focus on analyzing complex business problems, optimizing data pipelines, and delivering actionable insights through SQL and Tableau.
Location: Tallinn, Estonia. Open to candidates based in the EU. Comprehensive relocation support provided.
Salary: 3000€-3500€ gross per month

What you will do
- Use SQL to extract, transform, and manage data from internal sources for analysis.
- Analyze complex business problems to uncover trends, root causes, and performance opportunities.
- Build and enhance Tableau reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Partner with product and management teams to define meaningful KPIs and support data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with BI teammates and data engineers to improve pipelines and scale the Data Warehouse.
- Proactively explore data to anticipate trends and risks before they impact the business.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst.
- Strong SQL skills for querying, transforming, and optimizing large datasets.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau.
- Educational background in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- English: C1 proficiency (fluent) is essential.
- Location: Must be based in the EU or open to relocating to Estonia.
