Head of Product Analytics (iGaming)

A scalable SaaS platform provider specializing in innovative turnkey and white-label solutions for the iGaming industry.

What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Reporting & Analytics module.
• Lead product discovery and translate business needs into analytical requirements and user stories.
• Build and own the product analytics framework to measure feature adoption, funnels, retention, and monetization.
• Establish a systematic approach to experimentation, including A/B testing and statistical interpretation.
• Define BI strategy and partner with Engineering to ensure robust data architecture and quality.
• Hire and manage the BI/Analytics team while collaborating cross-functionally across the organization.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Poland, Serbia, Latvia, Lithuania, or Kazakhstan.
• 3+ years of experience in analytics or BI roles with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of product management practices, including discovery and backlog prioritization.
• Deep knowledge of BI concepts, data modeling, and reporting architecture.
• Experience with BI and visualization tools (Power BI is a plus).
• Background in iGaming, fintech, or high-volume B2B products is a strong advantage.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming or fintech sectors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI.
