What you will do

• Lead technical development, standardization, and optimization of new and existing packing equipment.
• Plan and execute verification, validation, and testing activities to define robust processing windows.
• Develop and maintain digital engineering tools and analysis methods to support data-driven decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across equipment, materials, and processes.
• Mentor colleagues and foster cross-functional collaboration across the end-to-end value chain.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma.
• Experience with AMEF and a scientific, data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• High level of proficiency in English is required.
• Experience in manufacturing environments, specifically within final packing or downstream processes.
