What you will do

• Build operational performance frameworks and tools to measure Ocean Partner performance in Thailand.
• Actively route cargo using allocation tools to optimize cost, transit time, and availability.
• Manage performance of freight forwarding, customs, and ocean carrier partners using global metrics and dashboards.
• Identify partner training needs and design programs to drive operational quality and consistency.
• Define and refine operational performance metrics in alignment with internal cross-functional teams.
• Prepare presentations and analysis for monthly and quarterly partner reviews.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree with 5+ years of professional experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Deep expertise in Ocean Export Operations (TPEB) and shipments from East Asia to USA and Canada.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to bring analysis and insights to inform strategy.
• Proven experience managing programs and initiatives from end to end.
• Ability to build relationships globally and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a compliance-first attitude toward industry regulations.
