What you will do

• Own commercial relationships with designated EMS partners.
• Develop and recommend EMS strategies to optimize total cost of ownership and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Lead RFQ processes including package development, bid evaluation, and award recommendation.
• Negotiate, review, and approve monthly product pricing.
• Coordinate claims resolution processes including PPV, revaluation, and excess/obsolete claims.
• Drive supplier business reviews with operational teams and executives to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
• Over 10 years of experience with enterprise-level systems to low-cost consumer-like electronics.
• Demonstrated commercial business acumen with EMS suppliers.
• Proven ability to negotiate with senior-level executives within EMS partners.
• Strong ability to influence and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders up to executive level.
• Proficiency in transformation cost analysis and financial decision-making.

Nice to have

• Master in Business degree.
• Experience working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contract manufacturers globally, including Southeast Asia and Mexico.
• Knowledge of EMS, JDM, and ODM engagement models.
• Experience presenting content to executive audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools including PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI.
• Willingness to travel.
