What you will do

• Review weekly demand signals from customers, business opportunities, and internal sources.
• Analyze total demand requirements and evaluate week-over-week changes.
• Assess factory and supply capabilities to identify constraints and opportunities in the master schedule.
• Adjust build requirements and master schedules to align supply with total demand.
• Manage finished goods inventory for specific customers according to contractual requirements (Days of Supply).
• Facilitate "what-if" scenario planning for customer opportunities with a 24-hour turnaround.

Requirements

• Expertise in Supply Chain Management, specifically Supply and Demand Planning.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP/IBP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical thinking, proactive problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools to enhance productivity and work efficiency.
• English: Excellent proficiency required for collaborating across global cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
