Salary: $66,022 - $110,242

What you will do

• Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare client-ready reports, presentations, processes, and models with high attention to detail.
• Participate in client meetings and workshops to support project teams with facilitation and documentation.
• Diagnose project issues and develop solutions by engaging with technical subject matter experts.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure deliverables meet budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Build foundational knowledge across infrastructure solution areas and industries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, math, or engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
• 0-2 years of experience in a business or consulting environment.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general business software.
• Ability to break down complex problems into logical components.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

• Internship or work experience in an engineering or consulting environment.
• Ability to develop functional or technical knowledge in target industries like water, gas, or electric utilities.
