What you will do

• Lead the full-lifecycle development and system architecture definition for new iCafe gaming headsets.
• Build and scale a high-performing hardware engineering team in Suzhou/Shanghai.
• Optimize RF performance, antenna coverage, and 2.4G protocols for high-interference internet cafe environments.
• Manage premium JDM partners and key IC suppliers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality technical solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between EE, ME, FW, and Acoustic engineering teams.
• Conduct hardware design reviews, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure product reliability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in hardware design and headset system development.
• Deep background in Acoustics (AE) or Electrical Engineering (EE).
• Proven track record in developing gaming over-ear headset products.
• Mandatory experience with full-lifecycle mass production.
• Proficiency in Bluetooth, USB Audio, and 2.4G wireless technologies.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team building and cross-functional management.

Nice to have

• Experience from gaming headset ODMs/CMs.
• Background in mainstream gaming headset IC vendors or FAE/AE roles.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in fast-paced, iterative development cycles.
