What you will do

• Set project milestones and build consensus among cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage project formations and define clear project deliverables.
• Oversee approximately 10 concurrent services, coordinating 4-5 projects per service.
• Conduct rigorous risk management and dependency visualization to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with product managers and multiple engineering teams throughout the full development lifecycle.
• Report on project status and maintain alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional project management experience.
• Strong communication skills to effectively involve stakeholders and drive initiatives forward.
• Proven experience in managing multi-team projects.
• Team management experience, including involvement in member development.
• Japanese language proficiency (Fluent/Business level) required.
• Proactive and challenging spirit with an ability to carry out duties independently.
