What you will do
- Partner with sales and product teams to support presale discussions and technical demonstrations for Japanese financial institutions.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions aligned with product capabilities.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for US Proxy solution implementations.
- Coordinate between Japanese clients and internal US/UK technical teams to resolve dependencies and technical issues.
- Oversee system integration, data flows, and testing, including real-time RESTful API implementations.
- Provide real-time technical support and issue resolution during Japan business hours.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (written and verbal) is required.
- 7+ years of experience in IT project management, business analysis, or systems integration within fintech or financial services.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-border technology projects.
- Strong understanding of real-time systems integration, RESTful APIs, and security mechanisms like OAuth/JWT.
- Proficiency with API development and testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or Swagger.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
