What you will do

• Design and build end-to-end product experiences across web services, APIs, and modern frontend applications.
• Partner with product, design, and research teams to rapidly prototype and launch new AI-native experiences.
• Develop scalable backend systems that power personalized, real-time product interactions.
• Build intuitive, performant interfaces that integrate multimodal capabilities like text and images.
• Iterate quickly based on user feedback, experimentation, and product metrics.
• Define engineering standards, architecture, and technical direction for the product area.

Requirements

• Significant experience building consumer-facing products end to end.
• Strong proficiency in modern frontend technologies such as React, TypeScript, or Next.js.
• Experience building scalable backend services using Python, Go, Node.js, Rust, or comparable technologies.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong systems thinking with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively across engineering, design, product, and research teams.

Nice to have

• Background working with AI, machine learning products, search, recommendations, personalization, or multimodal systems.
• Track record of shipping products quickly while maintaining high engineering quality.
