What you will do

• Identify and execute high-impact opportunities to integrate AI agents into internal business processes.
• Develop empathy for cross-functional teams to build tools that solve real-world operational challenges.
• Engineer connectors, skills, and evaluation infrastructure to make systems legible to AI agents.
• Close the feedback loop between internal usage and core product improvements.
• Collaborate with PM, Design, and Data Science teams to deliver reliable, user-friendly agent experiences.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with TypeScript or Go.
• Strong understanding of the modern AI agent stack, including agents, connectors, and context engineering.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into simple, reliable product experiences.
• Must be based in San Francisco, New York City, or Seattle.
