What you will do

• Design and execute complex end-to-end test automation strategies validating data flows from Salesforce (GTM) through licensing microservices to SAP (Finance).
• Partner with engineering leadership to build an AI-First SDLC platform using intelligent agents, LLMs, and automated reasoning for test creation and deployment pipelines.
• Architect next-generation self-healing automation frameworks that adapt to UI/API changes across SaaS apps, ERPs, and custom microservices.
• Evaluate, build, and integrate internal tooling, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD continuous testing capabilities.
• Set automation code standards, establish design patterns, and conduct rigorous code reviews for both human-written and AI-generated automation.
• Mentor QE engineers on AI fluency (prompting, AI agents for debugging) and participate in early integration design reviews for testability, data integrity, and security.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in software engineering, test automation, or DevOps.
• Deep hands-on fluency with AI-assisted development tools and experience embedding them into daily workflows (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot Workspace, OpenAI API).
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript, with excellent software design and coding ability.
• Proven experience designing and architecting enterprise test automation frameworks using tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, RestAssured, Karate, or PyTest.
• Deep expertise integrating automated testing into enterprise CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins) and managing Git at scale.
