Netbox & Attune Functional Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for Attune and NetBox, from requirements gathering to implementation.
• Configure and maintain systems for asset lifecycle, DCIM, and IPAM, including racks, cabling, and network topology.
• Manage critical integrations between infrastructure tools and ERP systems like NetSuite.
• Establish and enforce data governance, validation rules, and quality standards to prevent drift.
• Deliver custom reporting, dashboards, and API-based analytics for capacity and utilization.
• Collaborate with DC Ops, Finance, and Engineering to streamline asset intake and decommissioning processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure asset management, DCIM, and IPAM tooling.
• Proven production experience with NetBox and Attune (Hexagon) or similar lifecycle platforms.
• Strong understanding of data center operations, network topology, and fixed asset accounting.
• Demonstrable experience integrating asset platforms with ERPs (NetSuite preferred) and automation systems via API.
• Ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders and navigate complex cross-functional requirements.
• Experience working in asset-heavy, operationally complex environments like GPU or hyperscale data centers.
