• Develop and execute the Stripe-wide strategy for new ML/AI applications across the product suite.
• Collaborate with product leaders to evaluate and align on investment areas for ML/AI applications.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute the roadmap and launch successful AI-powered products.
• Advance the core AI technology stack to empower teams with agents and agentic capabilities.
• Communicate with leadership stakeholders to drive alignment across multiple teams.
• Define and execute the strategy for advancing ML/AI infrastructure and tooling.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience delivering innovative software products powered by ML.
• Solid understanding of ML and applied AI tech stacks.
• Demonstrated ability to influence company-level strategy and work with business leaders.
• Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in collaborative environments.
• Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions.
• Based in South San Francisco, New York, or Seattle.
