TL;DR

Location: Remote, candidates must be based in Poland, preferably Krakow, Wroclaw, or Gdansk

What you will do
- Clarify requirements and UI design in partnership with Product and Design teams
- Collaborate closely with designers to ensure high UX polish and interaction quality
- Break down goals into achievable tasks and follow sprint timelines
- Communicate progress and challenges proactively
- Follow best practices in frontend development including component architecture, responsive design, state management, testing, performance, and accessibility
- Implement meaningful motion and microinteractions to enhance usability
Requirements
- Must be based in Poland, preferably Krakow, Wroclaw, or Gdansk
- 6+ years professional frontend development experience
- Fluency in TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web practices
- Expertise with at least one modern frontend framework (React, Angular, Next.js)
- Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approaches
- Comfortable in client-facing consulting roles
Nice to have
- Experience with Design Systems and building accessible products
