What you will do

• Perform independent reviews of new and existing accounts and governing documents to ensure policy and procedure compliance.
• Identify risks and implement corresponding controls, including the drafting of policies and procedures.
• Participate in annual process map reviews and Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA).
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, compliance officers, and regulators to collect and review required data.
• Develop training materials and identify process improvements based on review findings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of experience with Wealth Management relationships.
• Alternatively, 9+ years of equivalent professional experience.
• Must be located in or able to work from Tulsa, Dallas, Fort Worth, Kansas City, Oklahoma City, or Phoenix.
