Senior Product Manager (Web3)

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and delivery for advanced trading areas including margin models, order lifecycle, and position management.
• Write clear PRDs and user stories while driving designs through UAT, launch, and iteration.
• Benchmark product mechanisms, fee models, and UX against top-tier CEX competitors.
• Partner with compliance and legal teams to adapt products for licensed jurisdictions like SG, EU, HK, and the US.
• Collaborate with engineering, quant, and risk teams to define liquidity parameters and execution quality metrics.
• Define success metrics and run continuous improvement loops for trading surfaces on Web and App.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years specifically in crypto trading products.
• Strong expertise in CEX mechanisms: perpetuals, futures, options, margin models, and market microstructure.
• Proven track record of shipping trading features on Web or App platforms.
• Fluent English required; Mandarin proficiency is considered a plus.
• Solid understanding of exchange liquidity economics and risk frameworks.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into functional product specifications.

Nice to have

• Direct experience at a leading CEX or traditional brokerage (e.g., IBKR, CME, SGX).
• Familiarity with onshore compliant markets such as EEA, US, SG, AU, or UAE.
• Knowledge of smart contracts, token economics, or tokenized RWAs.
