What you will do

• Improve platform reliability and scalability through automation and simplification.
• Build and manage platform infrastructure and application systems.
• Implement declarative Infrastructure-as-Code (IAC) practices.
• Contribute to CI/CD frameworks, testing, and deployment processes.
• Monitor service health, latency, and availability while practicing blameless postmortems.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure platform stability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience in SRE, DevOps, or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in Linux and systems administration.
• Experience with cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure, or OpenStack).
• Deep knowledge of microservices on Kubernetes.
• Experience with observability, logging, and monitoring tools.
• Proficiency in Terraform or OpenTofu.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD tools like Flux CD or Argo CD.
• GitOps and Git-based automation skills.
• Programming experience in Python or Go.
• Knowledge of compliance programs (SOC, FedRAMP, HITRUST CSF).
• Experience with database systems like Postgres or MySQL.
