Total cash range: Kč772,500–Kč1,081,500 annually, with potential pay up to Kč1,236,000 based on sustained performance.

What you will do

• Lead investigations and remediation for critical production service disruptions in 24x7 environments.
• Lead small technical projects and cross-functional initiatives involving infrastructure and service enhancements.
• Analyze data, patterns, and underlying issues to identify solutions and prevent recurring incidents.
• Configure and operate cloud infrastructure through automation and Infrastructure as Code.
• Improve chronic issues, operational processes, customer satisfaction, and employee satisfaction through data-driven recommendations.
• Maintain support documentation, communicate findings, and mentor junior analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 0–2 years with a master’s degree.
• Experience supporting day-to-day operations in 24x7 production or equivalent environments.
• Broad knowledge of infrastructure services, cloud infrastructure, observability, and operational tools.
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code, software development theory, APIs, data access patterns, and integration.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment environments, incident analysis, and technical communication.

Nice to have

• A+ Certification, CompTIA Network+ or equivalent, or AWS Associate certification.
