What you will do

  • Own commercial strategy for strategic legal accounts, focusing on ACV retention and platform footprint expansion.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Managing Directors to identify and advance multi-product deals.
  • Build and maintain a robust expansion pipeline with disciplined progression against growth targets.
  • Drive rigorous account planning, including stakeholder mapping and competitive exposure analysis.
  • Personally lead complex expansion conversations with C-suite executives and Managing Partners.
  • Ensure the team effectively connects the full platform, including AI-driven solutions, to client-specific priorities.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in enterprise software sales or strategic account management.
  • Proven track record of driving expansion and net revenue retention within Am Law 50 firms or large corporate legal departments.
  • Deep experience managing strategic account programs within legal technology or vertical SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of law firm partnership structures, governance, and buying committees.
  • Executive presence to influence outcomes at the C-suite level.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
