• Design and implement a highly scalable multi-tenant control plane for AI storage.
• Develop exabyte-scale, S3-compatible object storage and distributed file systems.
• Optimize storage performance using technologies like RDMA, GPU Direct Storage, and InfiniBand.
• Improve reliability, durability, and observability of the storage stack.
• Collaborate with platform and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless storage scaling.
• Mentor engineers on best practices for distributed, high-performance systems.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. person or eligible to access export-controlled information.
• 6–10 years of experience in storage systems engineering or infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience with object storage or distributed filesystems in production.
• Proficiency in a systems programming language such as Go, C, or Rust.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native infrastructure and Kubernetes.
• Experience with storage protocols like S3 or NFS and filesystems like Ceph or DAOS.
