What you will do

• Architect and build the next-generation AI Security platform for enterprise identity and privileged access.
• Design and develop highly scalable microservices in Go for Cloud Control Plane and distributed Edge Backends.
• Build distributed Edge Backends operating as local Points of Presence for regional hubs and data centers.
• Design resilient policy synchronization from Cloud to Edge with secure fail-closed enforcement.
• Develop access-brokering capabilities for applications, machines, and services.
• Mentor engineers, lead architecture discussions, and drive engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Expert-level Go (Golang) development skills.
• Deep experience building distributed systems and microservices.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, gRPC, REST APIs, and cloud-native platforms.
• Strong understanding of networking, authentication, authorization, TLS, and proxies.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and distributed messaging systems like Kafka or NATS.

Nice to have

• Experience building enterprise security, IAM, PAM, or Zero Trust products.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.).
• Understanding of modern AI application architectures including LLMs, RAG, and MCP.
• Familiarity with AI SDLC best practices and automated testing.
