What you will do

• Configure and maintain AWS infrastructure including Kubernetes clusters, VPCs, and security controls.
• Manage Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes using Docker and Linux scripting.
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using C#, T-SQL, and Vue.
• Design and support event-based, message-driven architectures using MassTransit and message brokers.
• Mentor engineering team members and lead technical decisions on complex, cross-cutting problems.
• Implement and govern AI-assisted development tools to optimize coding and PR workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software, DevOps, or platform engineering.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong full-stack development skills in C# and T-SQL.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and lead technical architecture.
• Proficiency with Git-based workflows and Linux scripting.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot or Devin.
• Familiarity with Umbraco CMS and Identity Server.
• Experience supporting complex distributed applications in production.
