Location: Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Costa Rica, or Jamaica. Working hours: U.S. Business Hours.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end contract lifecycle from initiation to execution.
  • Manage and update customer records and contract terms within Salesforce.
  • Conduct outbound customer outreach via phone and email to secure signed agreements.
  • Maintain clean CRM data and track recurring monthly revenue information.
  • Support billing operations, collections, and AutoPay enrollment.
  • Prepare daily reports on outreach activity and contract progress.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in contract administration, customer operations, or billing.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and DocuSign.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to handle outbound calls and customer follow-ups professionally.
  • Must be located in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Costa Rica, or Jamaica.
