What you will do
- Own the end-to-end contract lifecycle from initiation to execution.
- Manage and update customer records and contract terms within Salesforce.
- Conduct outbound customer outreach via phone and email to secure signed agreements.
- Maintain clean CRM data and track recurring monthly revenue information.
- Support billing operations, collections, and AutoPay enrollment.
- Prepare daily reports on outreach activity and contract progress.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in contract administration, customer operations, or billing.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and DocuSign.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to handle outbound calls and customer follow-ups professionally.
- Must be located in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Costa Rica, or Jamaica.
