What you will do
- Support day-to-day user and system needs using Salesforce standard objects and core platform functionality.
- Prioritize and manage multiple support tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Deliver high-quality, responsive service to both internal and external clients.
- Ensure user needs are met through efficient platform support and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Support Analyst.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce core platform functionality.
- English: B2 level required.
- Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) or Platform App Builder certification.
- Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation.
- Experience with data loading tools such as Data Loader.
