What you will do

• Build and manage AWS GovCloud environments using AWS CDK and TypeScript.
• Architect high-performance GitHub Actions pipelines with test sharding and remote caching.
• Automate security-authorization evidence generation mapped to NIST controls.
• Implement Zero Trust architecture including CAC/ICAM integration and mTLS.
• Decompose infrastructure requirements into specifications for AI agents and verify production-grade output.
• Support application engineering teams by optimizing feedback loops and debugging full-stack issues.

Requirements

• Must be eligible for a US Secret security clearance.
• 7+ years of experience building and operating production cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI development tools on production codebases.
• Deep fluency in TypeScript and AWS CDK.
• Software engineering depth in Node.js and PostgreSQL/Prisma.
• Proven track record operating cloud infrastructure for DoD IL4 or high-security environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with STIG and container hardening.
• Background in developer-experience (DevEx) or build-performance optimization.
• Experience bridging modern infrastructure with legacy systems like Oracle 19c or PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with Temporal workflows for long-running processes.
