What you will do

• Conduct deep-dive analyses and root cause investigations into product and business metrics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and self-service reporting systems.
• Scale analytics using AI-powered tools, including Snowflake AI agents and Claude-based workflows.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to define success criteria.
• Monitor and track the adoption and impact of new product launches.
• Validate or challenge product hypotheses with data to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or Data Analyst, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, window functions, and query optimization.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake for querying, modeling, and analytics.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation (Pandas).
• Experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI, including data modeling and DAX.
• Ability to build analytics apps or internal tools using Streamlit.

Nice to have

• Exposure to experimentation and A/B testing.
• Experience building AI agents or automated analytics workflows on Snowflake (Cortex AI).
• Proficiency using Claude or similar AI assistants for analytics workflows.
• Experience with product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel or Segment.
• Familiarity with dimensional modeling, modern data warehouse concepts, and JSON.
