What you will do

• Define project scope with management and development teams and create a detailed work plan.
• Review and update the project schedule as needed.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Prepare reports and supporting documentation.
• Ensure delivery on time and fulfillment of all plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in an in-house development team.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Experience with web projects and prior leadership experience within an engineering team.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and methods.
• Excellent time management, interpersonal communication, and planning skills.
• Data-driven, result-oriented mindset and analytical thinking.
