What you will do

• Build and own the DevSecOps function, defining the overall strategy, roadmap, and success metrics.
• Design and implement security controls across the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Establish secure CI/CD practices with automated validation processes and security gates.
• Manage cloud security standards and guardrails across AWS environments.
• Implement Kubernetes and container security, including RBAC, secrets management, and runtime protection.
• Operate vulnerability management processes and integrate security logs into SIEM for threat detection.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in DevSecOps, Cloud Security, or Security Engineering.
• Proven track record of building security processes or programs from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and containerized environments (Kubernetes).
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Helm, or Ansible.
• Experience integrating security events with SIEM platforms.
• English: Intermediate+ (B1+) required.
