What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of Cyber Risk Advisors, managing workload distribution and professional development.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues and customer concerns.
- Conduct senior-level advisory sessions to prioritize vulnerabilities and guide remediation decisions.
- Develop and track service-level KPIs to ensure quality and consistency in customer deliverables.
- Build strategic relationships with C-suite stakeholders to improve overall security posture.
- Identify service improvement areas and customer expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including 1–2 years in a people management or lead role.
- Must have legal authorization to work in Canada.
- Deep expertise in vulnerability and attack surface management (NIST, CIS, ISO, MITRE ATT&CK).
- Strong knowledge of enterprise networking (routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs).
- Hands-on experience with EASM/IASM tools and scanning platforms like Tenable or Qualys.
- Fluent English communication skills for both executive narratives and technical deep-dives.
Nice to have
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, OSCP, CEH, or Security+.
- Experience with Tenable Nessus or Tenable One platform.
- Background in Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, or Red/Blue Team operations.
- Knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Prior experience in an MSSP or consultancy environment.
