Salary: $175,000 - $215,000 USD

What you will do

• Architect and own the multi-year strategy and vision for the hirify.global Platform, aligning leadership around long-term business outcomes.
• Define the evolution of shared platform capabilities including AI/ML services, APIs, integrations, and orchestration.
• Drive prioritization of platform investments, balancing scalability, reliability, security, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with GTM leadership on commercialization strategies, positioning, and launch plans for platform services.
• Engage with customers and partners to understand use cases and unmet needs for platform APIs and data services.
• Manage business metrics and KPIs regarding adoption, reliability, performance, and developer experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, specifically in platform, AI/ML, API, or infrastructure products.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, and enterprise-scale platform operations.
• Proven ability to influence and align Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance organizations.
• Must be based in the United States
• Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience defining GTM strategies for APIs or data products, including pricing and packaging.
• Strong technical fluency in architecture decisions, integration patterns, and data models.
• Proven success executing platform strategy across multiple business units or customer-facing ecosystems.
