What you will do

• Lead the development and global rollout of the Core market data platform used across Research, Pricing, and Strategy groups.
• Design and implement high-performance components for market data ingestion, normalization, and distribution.
• Develop tools and frameworks enabling quants and traders to build and deploy data-driven systematic pricing strategies.
• Own the full lifecycle of components: deploy, monitor, profile, and optimize code in production.
• Collaborate closely with focus group engineers and quants to refine platform requirements and design.

Requirements

• BSc, MSc, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of post-graduation professional C++ software development experience.
• Experience building low-latency market data ingestion, order execution, or algorithmic trading systems.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and parallel/asynchronous multithreaded programming.
• Deep interest in hardware-level optimization, including CPU caches, memory layout, and networking.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
