What you will do

• Embed with enterprise customers to write production-grade code bridging Legora's platform with existing legal tech stacks.
• Own the full technical scoping process, including requirement gathering and integration architecture design.
• Build and maintain reusable connectors, automation scripts, and tooling to accelerate future deployments.
• Debug and resolve complex production issues at the intersection of customer environments and the platform.
• Act as the internal technical voice of the customer to identify friction points and integration gaps.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to scope new deals and expand accounts where technical complexity is critical.

Requirements

• Strong generalist engineering background with proficiency in backend code, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Proven experience in customer-facing technical roles such as solutions engineering or pre-sales.
• Expertise in enterprise integration patterns including SSO (SAML, OIDC), REST, and webhook-based APIs.
• Familiarity with document management systems like iManage, SharePoint, or NetDocuments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both IT administrators and strategic executive partners.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a drive to solve early-stage problems without an existing playbook.
