What you will do

• Develop and execute the comprehensive marketing strategy for the Ukrainian market.
• Plan and deliver trade shows, exhibitions, customer events, and partner activations.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier local talent.
• Create and manage local marketing campaigns across both digital and offline channels.
• Coordinate design, content creation, and the production of marketing assets.
• Collaborate with the Global Strategic Communications Team to integrate Ukrainian marketing innovations into the global approach.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B or B2G marketing, technology marketing, or defence-related sectors.
• Strong proven experience in event management and employer branding.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English is required.
• Strong leadership skills and comfort with decision-making and innovative approaches.
