What you will do

• Drive the creation of marketing assets for R&D services and products to ensure clear positioning and consistent messaging.
• Own the development and updates of pitch decks, one-pagers, and other client-facing materials to improve conversion.
• Collaborate with R&D SMEs and Global Marketing to draft high-quality content aligned with business goals.
• Apply generative AI tools to streamline content creation, increase productivity, and enhance deliverable quality.
• Coordinate R&D-focused events, including hackathons, workshops, showcases, and webinars.
• Partner with HR Marketing and engineering teams to develop thought-leadership content supporting the employer brand.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for content creation across various formats.
• Strong proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and experience with SharePoint or similar platforms.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher for professional communication.
• Location: Must be based in Ukraine.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
