What you will do

• Develop and execute retention strategies to improve customer engagement and reduce churn.
• Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across the entire customer lifecycle.
• Segment audiences and personalize communications/promotions based on user behavior and data insights.
• Analyze campaign performance and run A/B tests to optimize KPIs such as LTV, retention, and churn.
• Collaborate with Product, BI, and Creative teams to ensure consistent and effective user experiences.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in retention, CRM, or lifecycle marketing roles.
• Experience in segmentation, customer journey mapping, and lifecycle communication.
• Ability to calculate the economy of bonus mechanics, tournaments, lotteries, and daily quests.
• Strong knowledge of niche metrics including CvR, Margin, LTV, ARPU, RR, GGR, and NGR.
• Experience with analytics tools: GA, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Strong English skills for writing and communicating briefs and tasks.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the iGaming product landscape and leading game/slot providers.
• Deep understanding of casino player behavior and effective retention techniques.
• Knowledge of major sports teams, clubs, and athletes featured in betting lines.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, support, and user acquisition.
