Location: Must be based in Ukraine (Hybrid work format with optional office visits).

What you will do

  • Plan, launch, and scale user acquisition campaigns using proprietary Big Data tools.
  • Manage full-cycle campaigns from initial strategy to execution and continuous optimization.
  • Analyze performance data to ensure strong ROI and effective budget allocation.
  • Develop and test creative strategies, funnels, and messaging across various channels.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
  • Optimize existing channels and test new ones to improve acquisition metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in managing performance-based user acquisition campaigns (CPA model).
  • Experience in e-commerce, banking, or insurance verticals.
  • Solid understanding of conversion tracking, analytics, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Experience with Telecom-based channels (SMS/Viber) driving traffic to digital destinations.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of campaigns.

  • SQL knowledge.
