Team Lead Cloud And Data Centre Services

Location: Must be based in Cardiff, UK (Hybrid: 2 days in office required).

Salary: Circa £60,000.

What you will do

• Lead the design, delivery, and management of global IT infrastructure across cloud and data centre environments.
• Manage and develop a team of infrastructure and cloud engineers.
• Ensure service delivery meets agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Define and maintain infrastructure standards for availability, resilience, performance, and security.
• Oversee vendor management and supplier performance.
• Lead disaster recovery planning and execution aligned with business continuity strategies.

Requirements

• Degree level education or equivalent with relevant IT certifications (Azure, AWS, ITIL).
• Proven experience in infrastructure or cloud operations roles.
• Strong knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
• Experience with enterprise networking (TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls) and virtualization (VMware).
• Experience working with Linux/Unix environments.
• Must have line management or leadership experience.
