Product Designer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Conduct user research to discover insights, define user personas, and map user journeys.
• Develop lo-fi and hi-fi mockups and prototypes to articulate interaction design effectively.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, R&D, and upper management to build consensus on design direction.
• Use data analysis and usability testing to iteratively improve the customer experience.
• Optimize features based on the analysis of competing cybersecurity and networking solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a UX, Product, or Interaction Designer.
• Experience with cybersecurity or networking products.
• Strong background in user research and data-driven design for complex systems.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, specifically Figma.
• Proven, hands-on experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) into product design workflows.
• Educational background in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Design, or a related field.
