Data Scientist (Mobility)

Location: Hybrid in Bucharest, Romania (at least 12 monthly in-office days required)

What you will do

• Identify and prioritize analytical and modeling opportunities to drive product decisions.
• Build, deploy, and monitor ML models and automated decision systems in production.
• Design and execute large-scale experiments to validate business hypotheses.
• Develop data products and frameworks to reduce dependency on one-off analyses.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to solve complex business problems.

Requirements

• Experience in data science or applied ML within an industry setting.
• Strong foundational knowledge of statistics and experimentation.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Ability to communicate complex model logic to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from Bucharest, Romania.
